　　故障分析：啟動車輛，連接 ISID 進(jìn)行快速測試，檢測無相關(guān)水溫高散熱器元件故障碼。用電腦激活電子風(fēng)扇，風(fēng)扇高速轉(zhuǎn)，說明電子風(fēng)扇正常。試車開了十幾公里，讓車進(jìn)入正常工況溫度，連接 ISID 查看發(fā)動機(jī)數(shù)據(jù)，發(fā)現(xiàn)發(fā)動機(jī)冷卻液溫度慢慢的升至 120 度，而水箱出水口溫度卻慢慢從 50 度降至 33 度，不正常。嘗試摸摸上水管和水箱下水管，發(fā)現(xiàn)溫差極大，上水管極燙，下水管常溫，此時(shí)電子風(fēng)扇不轉(zhuǎn)。

　　故障結(jié)果：研究懷疑是不是節(jié)溫器的問題，然而觀察此車的水流情況，水泵泵的水經(jīng)過通掉過后的節(jié)溫器時(shí)，走的不是上水管，而是走通掉的空，進(jìn)入到水箱下水管，導(dǎo)致發(fā)動機(jī)內(nèi)的冷卻循環(huán)斷裂，上下水管溫差，上水管無水流動。更換新的節(jié)溫器后，發(fā)動機(jī)溫度數(shù)值正常，原地啟動幾個(gè)小時(shí)也數(shù)值也正常，試車也沒有出現(xiàn)高溫現(xiàn)象
