奔馳發動機加速無力該如何進行解決?

發動機故障燈亮,試車行駛時發現,加速無力。有三元催化器堵了的感覺。此車為事故車,維修后又增加機油散熱器漏油和渦輪增壓器漏油故障。
The engine fault light is on. It is found that the acceleration is weak during the test drive. It feels like the three-way catalytic converter is blocked. This car is an accident car. After maintenance, oil leakage of oil radiator and turbocharger were added.
故障診斷:接上診斷儀,進入DAS,快速測試,故障碼為左、右進氣道關閉極限位置開關存在內部故障。分析故障原因可能有:
Fault diagnosis: connect the diagnostic instrument, enter DAS and test quickly. The fault code is that there is an internal fault in the left and right inlet closing limit position switches. Analysis of the causes of the failure may include:
(1)開關電機插頭沒有插或沒有插好;
(1) The switch motor plug is not inserted or not inserted properly;
(2)左右進氣道擺臂裝反,或者是沒有裝配到位;
(2) The swing arms of the left and right intake ports are installed reversely or not in place;
(3)電機損壞,進氣道關閉傳感器識別不到位置;
(3) The motor is damaged and the air inlet is closed, so the sensor can not identify the position;
(4)ME采集錯誤信號,而后對開關電機停止工作。
(4) Me collects the error signal and then stops the switch motor.
檢查插頭,因為在更換維修機油散熱器漏油和渦輪增壓器漏油時拆裝過,懷疑是不是插頭沒插好或是里面有臟東西。重新拆裝,拔下插頭沒有發現有什么異常,裝上后故障依舊。
Check the plug, because it was disassembled during the replacement and maintenance of oil radiator and turbocharger oil leakage. I doubt if the plug is not inserted properly or there is something dirty inside. Re assembly, pull out the plug, no abnormality was found, and the fault remained after installation.
拆掉蓋板拿掉增壓進氣管,就可以直接的看見擺臂。擺臂沒有裝反。檢查電機,進入控制模塊適配器,激活電機,電機發出“啪啪”的響聲。確定電機本身應該沒有問題,線路上也沒問題。
Remove the cover plate, remove the booster intake pipe, you can see the swing arm directly. The swing arm is not reversed. Check the motor, enter the control module adapter, activate the motor, and the motor makes a "pop" sound. Make sure there is no problem with the motor itself and the circuit.
考慮到當時給這輛車換了帶空氣流量傳感器的增壓進氣管,有可能是進氣道關閉電機,接收到來自空氣流量傳感器不可信數據,保護導致關閉此功能不再工作。
Considering that the supercharged intake pipe with air flow sensor was replaced for the car at that time, it is possible that the intake port closing motor received unreliable data from the air flow sensor, and the protection led to the closing of this function and no longer working.
裝配好后試車,當再次出現故障,加速無力,熄火后把空氣流量傳感器的兩個插頭都拔掉再試車。一般出現故障只需要打著車后,一加油就會出現。但行駛了大概有15km時還沒有出現此類故障。

更換空氣流量傳感器后,需要做控制模塊的匹配。匹配好后試車行駛一小段距離故障再次出現,懷疑是配件的問題了。

當時換這個增壓管時,是因為在空氣增壓器管的接口處有裂痕,但原車的空氣流量傳感器是沒有問題的。重新裝配原來的增壓管,裝配好刪除故障碼后再次試車,剛打著車時,加速一切正常,并伴隨著強烈的推背感。但行駛一小段短距離后故障再次出現,加速踏板一下踩到底車輛只有緩緩的提速現象,強烈推背感不再有。
When the supercharger pipe was replaced, it was because there was a crack at the interface of the air supercharger pipe, but there was no problem with the air flow sensor of the original car. Reassemble the original booster pipe, assemble it, delete the fault code, and then test it again. When I just drove, everything was normal, accompanied by a strong sense of pushing back. When the accelerator pedal was pressed to the bottom, the vehicle only slowly increased its speed, and the strong feeling of pushing back was no longer felt.
再次連接診斷儀,故障碼依然是:左、右進氣道關閉極限位置開關存在內部故障。這時候已經是晚上九點半了,一下不知道從何處下手了。再次重新整理思路,從故障碼看,兩邊開關的位置都報故障時,首先得從電機或是控制電機上下手。拆下增壓進氣管,再次觀察電機激活時的動作。

I don't know where to start. Again rearrange the idea, from the fault code point of view, both sides of the switch position are reported fault, first from the motor or control motor. 剛開始激活時電機“啪、啪”響,但是被電機控制的擺臂工作幾下后就停下不再擺動,多次激活會出現通信故障:B96/1(左側進氣道關閉開關)和B96/2(右側進氣道關閉開關)都處于關閉狀態。此后電機不再受控制。

用螺絲刀去手動撥動電機擺臂,撥不動。稍用點力就可撥動,伸下手去摸擺臂時,發現擺臂旁邊有東西擋著,而這個就是固定開關電機的螺絲,發現故障點。
Use a screwdriver to manually move the motor swing arm, which can not be moved. When you reach down to touch the swing arm, you find something blocking the swing arm. This is the screw to fix the switch motor, and you find the fault point.
